Reforming the electoral law in the Russian Federation

In this paper, the author analyzes Chair Bed the recent changes in the electoral law of modern Russia and some unsolved problems still persist , for example in the field of judicial protection of electoral rights of citizens or the responsibility of Ugly Sweater deputies to the voters.On the basis of the study the author proposes a number of measures to harmonize the entire body of legislation on elections of deputies and administration responsibility to the electorate.
